Description: Small, round, yellow and black, with catchphrases such as:
Woo-hoo!, Wahaaahahahaoooohhh!, etc.
Crime: Disturbance of the peace, surprisingly unimaginative catchphrases,
and scaring the sweet and sour sauce out of mom and dad at three o' clock in the morning
with loud 'Wahooos' and sinister laughter.

hahahaha! This made me laugh out loud. Don'tcha just love kid toys?! It makes you wonder if the people who made them actually have kids.
