M O N T A N A ' 2 6 {family photos}

Earlier this month we took a trip to Montana to meet up with the whole McMurtrey clan for a week, and we had the best time!! The kids loved playing with their cousins, spending time with their grandparents, and running free under the big Montana sky! It was such a great week, and it went by to fast.

We had some family photos done of all of us while we were there, and I'm so glad we did! The kids change so much SO FAST, so capturing them as they are right now is always just precious.

^Grandma & Grandpa Mac with all of the grandkids!^
^The boys and their dad. Such good men!^
We did some photos of the girls and then the boys...and the girls are just a little bit outnumbered!!
^Monroe holding little Riley?? I cannot cope!^
^THE CUTEST^
^Love these crazy boys!^
^My sweet in-laws^

^I am the luckiest.^
It was crazy seeing our kids with their younger cousins on the trip. You don't realize how big your kids are getting until you see them next to babies! They are just growing so fast.
^The princess!^
Love this family so much!! Our photographer was so patient to work with such a giant group--with lots of littles, that's no small feat.

I had to snap some behind the scenes photos, too! So many funny moments trying to get the kids to smile or not run away from the pictures! Haha.
^How cute are these cousins??^
^Silly pic!! Still not over Monroe & Riley^
^These dudes are getting too big^
^My heart!^
^Cowboy boot girls!^
My five favorites, coming up!!

I'm so lucky to have married into such an awesome family. I truly hit the jackpot!
Also, highly recommend marrying your best friend. 10/10!
^He's my favorite^

Just the best.
So grateful for this trip and for these photos!!

A night in Nashville!

We loooooove Nashville so much!!

So when Jordan found last-minute tickets to Jim Gaffigan in Nashville, we jumped at the chance to go see him. We saw him perform once before about ten years ago, and he was HILARIOUS--we knew we had to go see him again! So we booked a sitter, and headed down to Nashville after work on a Friday.

We stopped at our hotel room to get ready for the evening, and then we hit the town!

Ready to go!!

If you've never been to Broadway Street in Nashville (especially on a weekend!!), you must go! There's music blaring from every bar, people everywhere, and it's just such an electric environment! It is SO much fun!!
^Um hiiiii handsome^

We headed over to the Assembly Food Hall to grab some dinner before the show! It's such a fun place. There are a zillion restaurants to choose from, dessert places, and live music! We love it!

Jordan picked up some Thai food, and I grabbed some Indian food! Sooooooo good.

Pad Thai! YUM.

Tikka Masala & garlic naan!

So good!! After we ate, we headed over to The Ryman for our show! It is the coolest venue. Pretty much every single country music great has performed there! We had been to a concert there once before, and it was so fun to go back.

The show was so funny!! We both laughed our heads off for the entire time Jim Gaffigan was on the stage. He is seriously just so hilarious!

Afterwards, we were around the back of the Ryman hanging out, and we got to MEET him!! He came walking out right where we were, and I said "We loved your show! We have five kids, too!" and he said "Wow! Well Godspeed." Haha!

Still can't believe that happened!

Such a fun show!!

Afterwards we headed back to The Food Assembly Hall for some dessert. We got a giant pina colada sno cone with cream, and it was DELISH. We sat and ate and listened to the live music, and it was perfect!

Then we headed out to walk Broadway for a bit before we went back to our hotel!

I'm telling you--there is nothing like Nashville at night!! Such a party!

The next morning, we got ready and headed out to find some breakfast. It was a rainy morning, so luckily Jord had packed the umbrella! We walked over to Corner Street Bakery and had some hot, delicious berry pancakes before hitting the road back home.

We had the best time in Nashville!!

Can't wait to go back soon.

To see the very first time we went to Nashville, go here & here! BABIES!!

(We thought that was the only time we'd ever go there. Ha! Jokes on us--turns out we stayed in Kentucky and now we go there all the time. Haha!)

^Tiny Boston!^
